Sweet Little Easton

Last weekend I got to team up again with a fellow photographer and snap some shots of sweet baby Easton. He's finally reached his due date being 5 weeks early. Here are some shots of him at 4 weeks old and not quite 7lbs :)

At the Farm... again

We have been living it up at the farms recently. It seems like there is always something to do there. This time we met up with our church group and had a blast at this huge farm with all kinds of play areas for the kiddos. Abrie got to hang out with her bff which is always a plus, and we got to visit with some friends.

They had a huge wooden ship to play in/on... that had the fastest slide ever

Will Work for Smarties...

*is bribery bad parenting?*




I couldn't believe it. I wanted to take pictures of Abriella and she found my smarties and wanted to eat them. So I asked her to do something and she would get a smartie... and you know what... she did it. She's old enough for bribery... whoo hooo. So I took advantage and tried to get some shots of her... posed shots.
I simply asked her to lay on her belly, put her hands on her cheeks, and look at the camera...

Pickin' Pumpkins

I love Sunday afternoons. It is just about the only time that our mini family can all hang out together and go on an adventure. Last Sunday we went to pick pumpkins. We had a hard start to the day with Abriella and I both feeling a bit under the weather but we decided that since it was Sunday afternoon that we'd better make the best of it. So off we went with a napless Abriella...

Abriella loved the wagon ride. She was fascinated by the big tires on the tractor (this is the best shot we got... the wagon was very crowded)...


"I'll take this one" ... it was the first one she saw

I just love these two...

She was determined to walk even though she fell every other step since it was nothing but vines... off exploring...

Feed the Cows

I've been a bit of a blog slacker lately... I'm sorry. We've been doing some fun stuff lately and it's worn me out!!

Not this past weekend but the one before (see I told you I was behind) we met some friends down close to our old stompin' grounds (Miami) at a farm. We hopped on a wagon and I was thinking we were going on a hayride to pick some pumpkins when we stopped to do this...

uh... yes... feed the cows

I was amazed to find that they gave them whole ears of corn.

They ate the corn... a paci... and almost Abriella (she didn't want to let go of the corn)."wow that was scary"


once we were back to safety it was time to look for a pumpkin...

cuddle up with a bff...

run around in a corn maze...

get scared by daddy...

lose a shoe...

and have a really good time
